Update: Incident due to flooding at North Llanrwst (NLR) until the end of the day.

Due to flooding at North Llanrwst (NLR):

Services will be cancelled in both directions between North Llanrwst (NLR) and Blaenau Ffestiniog (BFF).

We expect the incident to last until the end of the day and disruption to services is expected from 07:00 until the end of the day.

If you decide not to travel because of this disruption and your ticket is unused, you can obtain a fee free refund from wherever you purchased your ticket.

Pay as you go customers

If all or part of your journey requires a rail replacement bus, please tap in at your origin station and tap out at your destination. If you need to tap out at a gateline after travelling on a rail replacement bus, our station colleagues can assist. You can also add any missing taps using our app or website.

Pay as you go is only valid on Transport for Wales and CrossCountry services, even where we state you can use your original ticket at no extra cost with other train operators or local bus operators. If you travel with another operator or on a local bus service, you must first tap out at the same station within one hour of tapping in and buy an alternative ticket before boarding.

If you wish to abandon your journey, please tap out at the same station within one hour of tapping in.

Due to a fault with the signalling system earlier today between Haverfordwest (HVF) and Milford Haven (MFH):

Services may be cancelled in both directions between Haverfordwest (HVF) and Milford Haven (MFH).

We expect the incident to last until 19:00 and disruption to services is expected until 19:00.

What's Happened?

Following an issue with the points at Hereford earlier today, the following services have been cancelled:

17:23 Haverfordwest to Milford Haven
17:54 Milford Haven to Haverfordwest

Alternative Travel Options:

We have organised buses to run between Haverfordwest and Milford Haven to assist customers to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost. These will be provided by Evans Coaches.

The 17:23 departure from Haverfordwest is expected to depart late in order to meet the rail service terminating at Haverfordwest.
The 17:54 departure from Milford Haven is excepted to depart on time.

These arrangements are in place on services 19:00.
