The National Botanic Gardens of Wales, Carmarthenshire
Beautiful all-year round, this is the crown jewel of Welsh botany. This 568-acre site features the Great Glasshouse, the largest single-span glasshouse on earth, housing a Mediterranean landscape complete with a six-metre-deep ravine.
In the historic double-walled garden, you’ll also find the Tropical House, packed with palms, pineapples and a staggering collection of rare orchids.
