Revision statement for phase 1 interim monitoring report originally published March 2023

A revised version of the phase 1 interim monitoring report was published on 15 February 2024. This replaces the previous release on 16 March 2023.

The percentages of vehicles travelling at or below 24mph (KPI 1.1) and the vehicle speed distributions have been updated following a correction in the calculation methods.

Weighted mean speeds (KPI 1.3) and 85th percentile speeds (KPI 1.2) have been recalculated following minor methodology changes.

There are minor corrections to five of the journey times in table 7.

Tables 3, 4, 7 and 14 and figures 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 have been revised and there are minor changes to the descriptive text associated with these tables and figures.

These revisions and corrections have no impact on the overall assessment of change reported in table 14.
