- We love pets at Transport for Wales, which is why we permit all of our customers to take their pets with them while they travel with us. Two pets per passenger are allowed - as long as their behaviour does not affect the other passengers. Whether furry, feathery, or scaly they are all welcome aboard. For more information click here.
- Do the trains have free WiFi?
- Our world-class high-speed trains come with the latest technology enabling us to offer WiFi services. Click here to find out details on how to use it and more.
- Are there any discounts available if I'm travelling with friends?
- If you and your friends are looking for adventure, why not hop on a train for your next night out and explore somewhere different without it costing the Earth to get there. With our group booking discounts, you can hop on a train and explore Wales, Gloucestershire or even further afield in the West Midlands. To find out more, click here.
- Can I take my dog on the train?
- Dogs and other small animals are welcome onboard our trains to Aberdare. We ask that they don't disturb any of the other passengers and you can bring up to two animals per passenger. We require them not to sit on any seats and be restrained on a lead or a carrier for cats and smaller animals.
