Due to a safety inspection of the track at Craven Arms (CRV):
Services may be delayed by up to 120 minutes.
Services may be cancelled in both directions between Shrewsbury (SHR) and Llandrindod (LLO).
We expect the incident to last until 14:00 and disruption to services is expected until 16:00.
Due to a track defect on the Heart of Wales Line near Craven Arms the line is blocked between Craven Arms and Llandrindod.
Train Services heading from Swansea to Shrewsbury will terminate and Llandrindod for road transport.
Train services from Shrewsbury to Swansea will start at Llandrindod.

- Route X48/48 provided by Celtic Travel between Craven Arms and Llanwrtyd via Llandrindod.
- Route X13 provided by First Cymru between Swansea and Llandeilo via Pontarddulais and Ammanford.
- Route 16 provided by First Cymru between Swansea and Pontarddulais.

We have organised buses to run between Shrewsbury and Llandrndod to assist customers to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost.
These will depart at approximately:
13:12 at Llandrindod to Shrewsbury, provided by AC Jenkins.
13:20 at Shrewsbury to Llandrindod, provided by TNS Coaches.
These arrangements are in place on services until 16:00..
