Do I need to book a seat for match days?
At the moment we don’t offer seat reservations on any of our routes other than for wheelchair users.
Are there extra trains for the big rugby internationals?
We do our best to provide extra capacity for major events at the Principality Stadium. However, these services get very full, so arriving early is always a smart move.
Can I use my Railcard for match day travel?
Yes, you can use your Railcard to save around a third on the price of your ticket.
What happens if my plans change?
If you’ve bought an Advance ticket using the TfW app, you can change the date and time of travel until 18:00 the day before you travel. Unlike some other apps, we don’t charge a fee for making these changes.
