Doing the right thing is one of our core values and we want our supply chain to reflect this. That’s why we’re building a clear supplier code of conduct that reflects who we are and how we work.
This will set out the standards we expect from our suppliers on everything from ethical business practices and legal compliance to fair and inclusive working conditions. Our code of conduct reflects our commitment to help build a better Wales, in line with the Wellbeing of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 and The Ethical Employment in Supply Chains Code of Practice.
We want to create strong, transparent partnerships with our suppliers that help us do the right thing for people and communities, for Wales and for the planet we live on.
