fflecsi operates in and around the historic town of Dolgellau, situated in the heart of Eryri National Park. This part of Wales is known worldwide for its incredible scenery and the town is a popular base for walkers taking on the mighty Cader Idris - the second highest peak in Wales. This zone also serves the villages of Llanfachreth, Brithdir and Dinas Mawddwy.

 

Things to do

  • If it’s outdoor adventures you’re after, then explore the beautiful Mawddach estuary. There’s plenty of great activities to do from walking, cycling, fishing or kayaking.
  • Get acquainted with Dolgellau’s history and visit the 16th century Cymer Abbey, the 17th century Quaker meeting house and the 18th century woollen mills.
  • Dolgellau is a fantastic base from which to explore the unrivalled beauty of Eryri National Park.
